The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The hotsprings were fantastic and our dinner in Saturnia was wonderful with incredible food in a small and beautiful town.

Honestly, we loved everything about this place. Its in the santo spirito plaza; there are several great restaurants just down stairs, you are 5 minutes distance from the pitti palace, 6-7 minutes to ponte vecchio. and even though you are in the plaza, there are double windows so no noise from outside bothers you when you are sleeping! Just the location is enough reason to stay here. The room has all that you’ll need - coffee, tea, water, even cookies and slippers. The bed sheets and towels were very clean, the AC and hair dryer worked well. We would definitely stay again.

So many nice small details in the room each day, from a small mat on each side of the bed before night followed by a small good night card and candies, new towels a few times a day, great scent of the room and the hall. We had a lovely 2 nights here and will be back for sure! A big plus for a reliable valet parking. They conveniently let you park your car in front of the hotel and call guys from the garage to pick it up and drive away to the garage, and when you need it again just let them now 40ish minutes before and the car awaits you in front!
