Nice old hotel in the heart of the city. The desk host was super friendly and helpful. Paid parking right in front of the building is also very convenient.

they were kind and lovely people and very cooperative with us

Clean, cozy and conveniently situated.

Entire experience was excellent. Great staff, facilities, parking - and the cocktails were great next door too! Didn't eat, but would have gladly, it all looked amazing. Nothing was too much effort - an all-round excellent place, that I'll defintiely choose over anything else in Exeter next time I come. Thanks so much all!

Really confy bed, and the room decor is well set out, bathroom was large and clean. The TV was great and we used the coffe e machine, and kettle facilities.

Modern and comfortable little cabin in a great location, less than 10 minute walk from high street. Very quiet. Good value.

1. The apartment was new, very spacious, super clean, and well equiped with all things well thought out for a long-term guests like me. 2. Good location with 7 minute walking distance to the Cathedral. 3. The host, Yemi, was super responsive and thoughtful. They even had Netflix readily watch account which made it convenient. Wifi was good as well.

How close to the city centre it was

The setting was lovely, the grounds and gardens were beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. It was a relaxing stay

Cozy and comfortable, nice pub downstairs with good food. Very quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep.

An amazingly nice place in a surprising location.

I was travelling with family as part of work and holiday during the summer holiday. We stayed in the family room. The place is around 15 minutes from the city centre but lovely for its quiet vibe. My daughter was entertained the whole stay with Rocky, and Tracey sometimes came to check on her. She played in the pool as well. On the last day, I had an emergency meeting that needed to be done in a separate room, and Tracey welcomed me to have a meeting in his living room, a very kind gesture of hers. My daughter loves the dolls from Rocky. Thank you very much, and I wish to visit again sometime in the future.

We loved everything about the place. Beautifully situated, a novel sleeping situation, everything was very clean, tidy and classy. The staff was exceptionally wonderful and helpful when we found ourselves with some travel difficulties. A huge thank you to all of them. It was also the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time. So quiet and peaceful!

Excellent breakfast of salmon and farm eggs.

Close to town. Very clean. Suited our needs
