Quick check-in, lovely room, had everything we needed. Blackout curtains and a comfortable bed ensured we got a great night's sleep before our big flight out of London Heathrow. My husband liked the gym and the pool (5 pound charge for the pool).

The wellness facilities were a highlight of my stay. I made full use of the pool, sauna, and steam room, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge, especially after long, active days. I would highly recommend taking time to enjoy these facilities – they truly added to the overall experience.

It was a really enjoyable experience. The staff in reception and the bar were friendly and ever so helpful when I needed advice on where it was best to visit locally. The bar staff couldn't of done enough for me and my experience, and the food was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting as the spa facilities at the beginning and end of the day we're dreamy, and the pool was a decent size for doing lengths.

The hotel, thought it is a bit far from Airport but very calm, surrounded by nature with great facilities. Humble and responsive staff. We had booked a room with breakfast, the breakfast had lot of options for all from non veg to veg / vegan. Clean and hygienic. Nice facility throughout. The kids section at reception is a standout for us. Kids love that. So as the pool, I recommend to have the pool water a bit more clean though. Other than that, the hospitality is top notch.. Hope to be back again, thanks team! Mudasir Ahamed

Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean and attractive, and rooms were accessible by lift. My room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and free wifi. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool and spa for £5, which helped me wind down from a stressful few days before flying. The steam room was dark, with a nice, deep blue light, and they were diffusing something wonderful-smelling. The sauna was also lovely (I had it all to myself!) and the showers were nice and cold for an invigorating post-sauna rinse. I didn't use the gym, but it was a pretty good size, and a lot of people were using it. The restaurant, Filini, was very nice, with good pizza and service. I also appreciated the Hotel Hopper bus that collected me at the airport and dropped me right at the hotel lobby. I came by bus to Heathrow, and it was fairly simple to get from the bus station to Terminal 2 for the bus, which was easy to find. The Hopper was back at the hotel for pickups just after 5:00 am, allowing me to make my early flight.
