Absolutely amazing hotel. Full stop. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one, in terms of the room in particular, matches or exceeds them all. As others have noted, the Art’otel team seem to have though of every little detail in order to make you stay as high quality as possible. The breakfast is worth a special mention. It’s simply amazing quality. It’s not a buffet, but the three courses will set you up exceptionally well for the day. Location is also excellent — it’s only a brief 5-minute walk to Old Street station, which will whisk you into central London in a couple of stops. Alternatively, you can take a longer but enjoyable walk down to Liverpool Street station and jump on there, or carry on walking and take yourself into the City. I could write a lot more about all the little details that make this hotel so impressive, but will stop here and simply urge you to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

We loved this property. Close to town and quiet. The room is spacious while also being charming and cozy. Complimentary scones with tea in the afternoon definitely a plus. The Staff very helpful and couldn't do enough.

The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.

A 15-minute drive from Chester's historical center, Grosvenor has a spa, a pool and a gym. Near the Welsh border, Grosvenor Pulford has free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms and beautiful grounds.
