The housekeeper were an amazing lady. She paid close attention to our every request. We had opportunity to use indoor swimming pool (outdoor's were closed at that time) as well and my son was so happy. Also, I should add that the smoking area beside the hotel is the best smoking corner of the Seoul. I generally spent my time at nights when I was reading.
