    One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, the entrance is a beautiful space to hang out in with a coffee shop that serves great food and coffee. It is well designed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. There are little touches that make your stay special, such as the welcome basket with local treats.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, so cozy with a modern design & great day and night view & we been complimentary with refreshments & snacks. Swimming pool area also have great view & relaxing place for hanging out where at lounge can order drinks & foods even though abit small. Since its our anniversary staycation, we also received complimentary of little gift that arranged by our Room Butler on our great day, felt loved & awesome treated.

    The staff are amazing especially Ajad at reception. Very helpful from check-in to breakfast and advice regarding going out in the city. Location and connection to KL Sentral is amazing. Made it easy to travel around. Room was quite spacious and very well cleaned throughout our stay. It was a really great home to come back to after going out every day. Thanks so much.

    The Hotel it self is art peace of its own the host of the hotels are really amazing and polite they are so helpful, even though we asked for extra time for our checkout and they were so understandable , the room it self is full of art peaces and spaceflight with the KLCC Tower view the coffe machine and the snacks option in the room is nice touch totally recommending them

    Breakfast should have been included in my room - that is what I selected - but when I arrived it was not. Also my room was almost twice the cost of my colleagues - that is not OK. We should have the same rate.
