We stayed in the main tower and from the moment we checked in- this place was exceptional! Fresh POG juice, lei’s, beads, friendly valet. Our room was immaculate with all the bells and whistles- robe, slippers, loccitane products, etc. The bed and linens were SO comfortable—and I am very picky. The resort has a private beach with all snorkel, SUP, boogie boards, towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very easy not to leave the property grounds and be spoiled. There was live music which was delightful and they usually have a hula dancer which we missed because it was Easter at The Copper Bar.

Amazing location! Perfect for family with kids. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with direct access to the garden, and the kids loved being able to go easy outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The nice sandy beach was great for the kids and the lagoon was spectacular, full of beautiful fishes! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I requested a mini fridge in the room and they also provided me with a microwave once I arrived. That was very helpful as we were travelling young kids. They also have laundry available. Oh and the food and drinks..so good!! Highly recommend we will be back.

This was a wonderful condo for our Hawaii stay. It was just the right size for 5 of us. The basement location made for a shady outdoor patio (a plus), and the host thought of all sorts of helpful extras: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coolers, pool noodles, boogie board, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies to run the dishwasher and do laundry as much as we needed for our week-long stay. We loved using the community pool and hottub every night. There was a reserved parking space for one of our cars, and plenty of guest parking for the other.

Reservation process was easy and the location was great. Home was very clean and well furnished. Response from customer service was very prompt and polite. We give it an 11 out of 10 !!!!!

The condo was immaculately clean - just sparkling. It was well supplied with beach gear, including a variety of snorkeling equipment. And it is the only condo we have ever rented that had decent knives (I like to cook, especially when there's wonderful local produce, fish and meat available.)

The apartment was huge, with nice views from all the balconies. Both stories were clean, well equipped and maintained. When we discovered a minor leak under the kitchen sink and reported it, maintenance took care of it right away (literally in minutes). The pool/sports/recreation area is a huge plus too.
