Beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable room welcomed with chocolate and fudge on arrival was a bonus.. wonderful 5 star a la carte breakfast with a great view of the bustling city in the morning . The staff were exceptional; Edward had allowed us an extended check out since we had a late departure from the airport later in the day. Excellent location with a unique cylindrical architecture( can be spotted from afar more like a landmark in the area) thank you and looking forward to come back.

Fantastic little hotel close to Turnham Green station in Chiswick. We usually stay around kensington, sloane square or islington, but wanted to feel like a local rather than be amongst tourists this time and Room2 delivered! This hotel is not only great value for London but also has great, soulful decor, a kitchenette, and spacious room on ground floor for breakfast, snacks and working. We also used gym (peloton) and washing machines, and sat in nearby parks recovering from jetlag. Walked one day from Chiswick to Fulham along the river too. I loved that you could open windows too… and a deliciously comfortable mattress and pillows. Just cant say enough good things.

    Busy bustling city.

Busy bustling city. Many highlights, weather unpredictable but adds to experience. Not cheap but holidays are about exploring and adventures. Be prepared to line up, most staff and police are so helpful and friendly. Always something to see and for all ages. train system is easy to navigate and cheap way to get around. You have to see a live show on Westend, search for cheap tickets, prebook experiences to avoid disappointment in peak times.

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND WITHOUT A MASK ON TOO!!! I was tricked into using their taxi service because they were the same price as the bus but my credit card statement showed otherwise!! I was double charged for my rooms too and there is no way of contacting them online or through Booking.com to rectify this HUGE mistake!!! After confirming with me at check in that my reservation had already been paid for they went ahead and charged me AGAIN!! I have had to contact my credit card company with my proof of payment and they show me paying for it twice also!! i have put in a dispute with my credit card company as well as my bank!! An update to my previous critical review, which was uploaded on 29 April. On 2 May, I received a message from the owner, apologising for the non response, advising that their colleague had found the hearing aids but "hadn''t told them." The owner sent a photo of them, then on my confirmation that they were my hearing aids, posted them to my home address, sending a confirmation of proof of posting. Delivered today. It does leave one or two questions, but the way the owner has acted since my review was posted is commendable. I think Booking.com may need to check a few things. The telephone number on the confirmation is the one the owner responds to when arriving, but subsequent calls to that number elicit the response that it has nothing to do with that property. The communication in the last few days comes from a different number.

Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last 10 years and especially in the last 5 years. It has become one of the very beautiful and upmarket locations along the River Thames and opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew - a world heritage site - and in the immediate proximity to famous Richmond and its historic palaces and cultural sites, picturesque town centre and equally famous RIchmond Park. Bearing in mind that this is less then half an hour away from the very centre of London, it is a really great location for a holiday, even a city-escape and offers more famous landscapes, River and green walks than probably any other borough in London. Yet it is much more tranquil than any place closer to London with a host of nice new restaurants and cafes.

This premises should not be listed as a hotel it needs an "s" to read hostel. The room should not be described as standard and should be listed as basic. Nothing looked like the pictures shown on your website and none of the facilities listed were available. The conditions were so bad we left a day early, would have left even earlier if we could have but unfortunately at the time that was not an option. This excuse for a hotel should be removed from your listings if you want to maintain your reputation. We will certainly NOT be using booking .com again if this is the sort of premises that they have to offer. Next time we book a hotel we will dig deeper into the reviews, which we found out after the fact, were mostly negative. The whole place was a joke and, for us, not a very funny one.
