The staff were so warm, hospitable and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing with an amazing pool and stylish surrounding areas. We enjoyed a wide selection at breakfast and a very tasty dinner. We are planning to return again next year.

We really enjoyed the 2 young ladies that checked us in. Very friendly and helpful!

I went to Viareggio to attend Carnevale; the Hotel President was on the parade route, perfect location to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Classic old hotel that has been kept in perfect condition. Great breakfast. Staff was awesome, and at breakfast, she remembered my morning cafe, americano without me asking.

Amazing location, we loved being in the annex in the historic tower with a large shaded patio right outside. Breakfast was very good and the location is so walkable to every place in Lucca.

The staff was amazing, kind and helpful throughout. We didn't say anything, but they knew it was my birthday and made the day feel special. Our 2nd floor balcony room was absolutely perfect for Carnevale.

The vibe was amazing!! The staff's attentiveness and friendliness were exceptional, including the receptionists and the waiters/ waitress. The ambiance was one of a kind, and the dinners outside, by the villas' garden, with relaxing music, showcased the true sense of life in Tuscany. Breakfast was abundant, offering lactose- and milk protein-free choices, as well as gluten-free options. The restaurant offers many special delicacies. The bed was very comfy, the fridge and kettle were a great plus. The charging station made our trip comfortable, as we didn't have to look for chargers in the city.

I loved everything! The location was perfect. I had come to experience Carnevale and the hotel was right in the middle of all the fun. This would be a great location in the summer too, right across the street from the sea. I didn’t have a front balcony, but there was a sun deck on the roof which made viewing the parade very easy. My room was impeccably clean and seemed very recently remodeled - much better than the photos. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also great, there were so many choices, savory and sweet.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, super clean, well kept and tidy rooms. I will surely go back.
