Downtown Phoenix has so much life to it, it can be overwhelming. You don't want to miss anything but it's impossible to catch everything. When I go, it's always for a purpose and I pick at least 2 things I want to do outside of what my plans were. We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around. Getting round Flag was pretty easy. Street parking costs $1 per hour and finding a spot could be tricky. Urban Pine Eatery was excellent for salad and flat bread. Insomnia cookies for dessert topped it off. We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the pool—it was a major highlight for them! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the entrance to the national park, which made getting to and from our adventures each day so easy. One of the best surprises was the breakfast buffet. It had so many fresh and delicious options, something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Grew up in Tucson. Has always been a good place to visit. Tucson has a lot of places to visit. Old Tucson, Saguaro National Park East & West., Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Pima Air Museum, Mt. Natural beauty if terrific. There are many great sites to visit and many options and tours to get to the various sites. We did a Pink Jeep Tour and it was excellent. There are several great drives with terrific views of the red rocks. We also did a trip to Jerome which was well worth the time. Getting around Scottsdale is easy. Very beautiful landscaping, buildings, homes and landscaping made traveling interesting because of all the sites. We stayed at this location because we were traveling to the Salt River which was only 25 mins from where we stayed. We are from Prescott Valley so the stay here definitely made it much easier of a trip.
