To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I was upset.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I was upset. The sheets were dirty, pillows not changed and I was willing to wait for them to redo the room. The worst part is getting no response from the manager (Vanessa), the number wasn’t going through and also not responding to emails. It’s been 2 days I’ve been out of there but I haven’t heard anything from them. The 087 number rings alone. I honestly don’t know why would someone hurt a business like this, unless it’s not theirs and they don’t care. No response, no apology, nothing. I requested to cancel same day and heard nothing from them. So I had to choose if I’ll forfeit my money or sleep. So shocking

A beautiful town, clean, with stunning beaches. Many restaurants to eat at, really loved the Market off Main. We also enjoyed the Robberg Nature Reserve hike. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back.

Great place for a week end especially in summer. Adequate shops, coffee shops etc. Nice fish n chips, restaurants and lots of lovely places nearby like Wilderness Knysna etc. Lovely drives up the hills. Views beautiful, riding bikes fine. Walks to Gerickes point.

A beautiful region, with excellent restaurants. The Grootrivier and (Western Cape part of) the Bloukrans River passes are exceptional, as is Nature's Valley. The Birds of Eden is THE world leading bird conservancy -- the biggest anywhere with free flying birds in a magnificent forest with a beautiful kloof, waterfall ,,, The nearby Monkeyland and Jukani conservancies are also probably the best in Africa. Thyme & Again restaurant is also a favourite.

The quality of the unit was excellent.

The quality of the unit was excellent. It was a home from home. The host thought of everything. It blended in with the location and type of holiday we envisioned. Beach towels. umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler box, boogey bards for the kids etc. Everything was just right.

Natures Valley is very special.

Natures Valley is very special. Most other bays in the area are over developed and commercialised. Natures Valley still captures the time when going to the beach was not all about how magnificent your property was. Lets hope it stays that way.

The guesthouse was fantastic.

The guesthouse was fantastic. The location for golf is very good as there are 3 top courses, Simola, Pezula and Knysna. We had friends with boats so being on the water to swim or to fish really added a lot to our travelling experience.

The number of bergies or street people hanging at the SPAR and surrounding area for the size of town was disconcerting. Nearly had an incident regarding the snatch of a cell phone. Wonderful little town with good restaurants and upkeep of paths and benches wonderful to see. Clear marking of dog friendly beaches helpful.
