Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, living room, bathrooms & kitchen. Nice views, especially from living room. Having in-room laundry was great. No one at reception desk, but the staff we saw (outside or cleaning the room) were super friendly and helpful.

what’s not to like! gorgeous property, roomy lodging. the onsen’s are amazing. the free snacks after skiing, the free wine in the evening, the dinner at the restaurant was heavenly. we were so spoiled! it was amazing being able to rent skis from the property. and the shuttle service was amazing. we hardly had to think of a thing! wish we could go back right now. also, we don’t have kids but we were so impressed with how they accommodate for families - kids utensils at breakfast, video games in the hang out area, even a kids toilet seat in the bathrooms!

the property is conveniently located within a short ride from the best slopes, bars, and restaurants. the hospitality was off the roof amazing and we felt like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. our hosts, Koji-san and Chikako-san constantly went out of their way to help us in every way they could. the breakfast was quite filling and the beds were comfortable.

Loved the onsen, staff friendly, helpful and polite. Location fantastic right opposite chair lift and Escale Plaza where it was easy to get a bus anywhere. Breakfast and Japanese style dinner delicious. Handy ski locker room. Could walk to fun restaurants nearby.
