The location of the hotel is just excellent, while very close to the beach and Ocean Drive, it is still far enough so that it is quiet. The service is excellent, from checking-in until checking-out. A special Thank You to Chawki, whose support in making ground transportation arrangements, has been very much appreciated! Also, the hotel has bikes available for free, which is very convenient to enjoy the place. A very recommended place to stay!

We stayed only one night, but had a fantastic full day at the beach and pool area before leaving Miami. The service is excellent, and we felt like royalty. Apart from one of those all-inclusive resorts in the DR, this is easily the largest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is extremely accommodating - customer service is in their blood. We felt like celebs, and funny enough Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner, AND Amber Rose were all staying there at the same time haha. The pools (yes, multiple) are immaculate and well kept as is the beach.
