We received a complimentary upgrade, which was fantastic. On learning we were staying to celebrate ny birthday I was given a gift bag which consisted of a bottle of wine and snacks which was lovely. When we arrived the receptionist was lovely and as we were on a wedding anniversary she upgrade us to a room with an amazing view. It was all nice, clean and just really enjoyable. Im glad I opted for this hotel instead of air B&B.
