I loved my stay at the hotel. I appreciated the two types of bottled water provided in the room, as well as the drink vouchers and game tokens. I was also allowed an early check-in and a late check-out. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and if I ever come back to Cairns, I'll definitely stay here again.

It is absolutely excellent and a super place to stay in cairns!! Right next to the location for cruises and easy pick up for other tours. The staff is excellent , the food in the restaurant phenomenal, very good care for kids and amazing pool.

Studio had anything we needed in the kitchen, great value, clean, quiet, 3 swimming pools, parking, security and location just around the corner from Central shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to the waterfront. Everything a traveller on the move needs. I also loved the big shower.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was nice, it was a little out of the centre but liked the 20 minute walk along the esplanade altho they did put on a shuttle through the day. Staff were great too.
