Great location and practically next to the pier. Very modern looking and swish vibe. Very clean rooms and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Beds were comfortable and cosy. Food was really good and a nice range to choose from. Great ramp access for anyone who requires it with prams/wheelchairs etc.

The whole place was lovely welcoming and impressive decor. Didn't expect it to be as big as it was as looks small from the outside. The room was spacious with separate dressing table room and very spacious bathroom. Tea coffee water and fresh milk provided in the fridge in the room. Delicious breakfast

    Wonderful views of the Castle and ever changing estuary from an executive room. Lovely sunsets. All staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts cooked to order. Enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant on two nights. Pleasant coastal walks from the hotel. Convenient location for Snowdonia, Conwy valley and the coast. Conwy town, castle and quayside nearby. Spa/pool nice to relax after a day out walking.

    I adored the large windows and the balcony. The luxury suite was spacious and comfortable. The view of the sunset was something else. Nespresso machine and standard coffee making facilities was a nice touch. Customer service was excellent and the food was lovely. I mentioned it was out anniversary and they wrote us a card and put rose petals on the bed, which was very thoughtful It's a very comfortable walk along the coast from the Deganwy station too.
