Breakfast was really good, Rooms are clean. Very quite at night, The owner and his son are really friendly and helpful. They help you with anything you need. Hot water, aircondition available all time. The cute dog is a plus!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in the hills just outside Kandy. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, with stunning views over a forest valley — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The house itself is modern, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the warmth of the couple who own it. From the first moment, they made me feel truly at home — more like a guest in their home than a customer. In the morning they prepared a delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. One of the highlights was the coconut rotti — absolutely incredible — along with fresh fruit and other traditional dishes. You could really taste the care they put into everything. They also went out of their way to help me when the airline delayed my baggage. They followed up and made sure it arrived safely at the house, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Kandy and looking for a quiet, authentic place with genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend this stay enough.

The property is truly beautiful and the hosts blessed us with their care and really contributed to our wellbeing on this trip. The place felt calm and peaceful and we enjoyed our meditation with Michael in the morning. The breakfast was a perfect start with nice conversation and good recommendations from Krishan.

Wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and very homely, with a nice view, and away from the road so comfortably quiet. The room had everything you could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable, had ac, kettle, fridge, etc etc. The host is incredibly friendly and we had a lovely evening chatting and learning about Sri Lanka. Would have loved to stay longer. 10/10 recommend.
