The hosts were extremely welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. The breakfast was superb and we were spoilt for choice. Lovely hotel and lovely people, dining in the restaurant garden with fabulous food was a highlight for my wife and I.

Agency was very helpful. The bed collapsed on one side one morning and someone came by and fixed it the same day.
Also we could leave our luggage at the agency in the harbour after checkout to get a later ferry the same day.
Well provided house with everything you could need (except perhaps a microwave oven - nice if you bring a baby).

Fantastic location close to the port and the center of Vis city. The hosts seemed very friendly, and I very much appreciated the small, cosy terrace in front of the apartment. Good communication regarding check-in.

Vis is a stunning island and we spent 4 nights here as part of a 4 week trip touring Croatia and its islands. It's the location they filmed Mamma Mia 2. The water is stunning green and is so clear.
Vis town is a beautiful spot to stay with the old town Kut being particularly beautiful. We didn't have a bad meal and although it's not particularly cheap it's not as expensive as Dubrovnik.
Konoba kantum is a must for authentic Croatian food, Restaurant Pojoda for great seafood and Lambik Bistro for good pizza.
Fort George is a great place for a sunset cocktail as it Bistro Frutarija.
Vis has beautiful beaches and highly recommend Plaža Zaglav for kids (its worth the walk). Highly recommend a car.

STUNNING island with much to do.
STUNNING island with much to do. I wish we stayed longer to get to travel more of the island, but easy to walk around. Lots of very well behaved dogs walking around no leash.
The weather was a bit iffy some days, but we went to Lipanovic winery for a tasting. Its within an old War tunnel. The only one in use on the island (which says a lot because the whole island was used to store war needs for WWII). The wine was really great!

There is enough to do and see with good walking.
There is enough to do and see with good walking.
There is a good choice of restaurants and bars and if
self-catering there shops and bakers to buy what you need.
You can get to parts of the Island by bus and the ferry links are good.

Admirable island.
Admirable island. The nature is saved, a lot of greenery, the water is warm, I was sorry that I couldn't take camera while swimming because the view is wonderful wherever you turn your eyes.
And I think that is enough to say that I met a couple who came to Vis for twenty third time.

A perfect little sized island with a lot of small intresting excursions along the coastline. Very beautiful day and night. Impressive marina, good choices of restaurants. And of course a little bit famed from the 2nd Mama Mia-film, filmed here.

Great island to visit since it’s the oldest island of Croatia. Lots of great beaches, restaurants and beautiful old town to visit.
I highly recommend if you stay in Vis, go do the Blue cave tour, absolutely amazing.
We stayed for two nights and had a very good experience. The location was good with several restaurants and small markets nearby. There were also plenty of spots nearby to go for a swim. The walk to the «city centre» of Vis was not too far either. Moreover, the people working at Villa Vis were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and they were able to offer gluten free options.
Beautiful boutique hotel with a fantastic outdoor restaurant set in a roofless old building for when the weather is good and a lovely chic dining room inside. Excellent staff and in a great position , a minute walk to a few bars and restaurants by the sea. We’ll be back soon hopefully.
Great location, close to points of interest, but quiet and magic in old building.
Kind owner. Spacious apartment for two. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace furnished with table and chairs.
5 min. walk to the Vis beach and Nautica Vis Diving Center.
