Had to move rooms as we got a twin and asked for a double. It was done very easily and staff very pleasant. The second room had tight bathroom space but ok. Good value for money

The gym and pool area was excellent, as was the overall layout of the place.

We really like New Brighton, it has loads of old fashioned seaside character and some good pubs and eateries.
However, the facilities are often very expensive for families and there isn’t enough done to make use of the lovely beach, marina and promenade.
There should be some gardens to walk through or sit in…..some activities in the marina….and generally less emphasis on indoor facilities which are expensive and don’t encourage tourists to be outside.
Also too many boarded up premises and not enough outside facilities where people can eat, drink or relax with a view of the sea, cranes and ship movements.
It’s got so, so much potential and could be an even better holiday resort than it already is.

Lovely beach with amazing views across the River Mersey and into Liverpool. Friendly people and also plenty to see and do there with also a supermarket (Morrisons) and other shops including Iceland and Home Bargains and plenty of food outlets including Greggs and Subway as well as other cafes and places to have fish and chips. I would highly recommend New Brighton to others and I am already considering going back there again later in the year!

Great walk along the Egremont Promenade followed by a Mersey Ferry trip from Seacombe to the Pier Head. Alternatively, a walk along the New Brighton Promenade past Wallasey Village to Leasowe lighthouse makes for a pleasant stroll. Pop in to the Pilot Boat Hotel for a meal and a chat with the locals over a drink or two.

A really lovely place to stay, clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 minutes walk from two great pubs, both of which served food. Close to several restaurants and a car-free promenade. 20 minutes walk along the prom to New Brighton Marine Parade where there was entertainment including a theatre, bowling, multiscreen cinema, historical fort, bars and restaurants. A great place to visit for a short or medium break. Plenty of road parking space , unrestricted and fee 24/7 plus easy access to Liverpool.

New Brighton is a quiet residential town, a past seaside resort with just enough of the seaside resort aspects remaining to make it a great place to visit. New Brighton has its own tranquility, it just seems so quiet compared to other towns and cities and yet there is enough going on to make it worth visiting. New Brighton is on the other side of the River Mersey to Liverpool which is easily reached by bus, train or ferry.
I went for Christmas to be near our sons as I was widowed on 24 December 2022 and I didn’t want to impose on them. Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from New Brighton station with a 25 minute journey to Liverpool. Great place to stay with everything I needed. Great if you want to to the bowling alley and the theatre (I didn’t go this time but I’ve been plenty of times). Really comfortable. Loved it.
Lovely bright room overlooking the garden. Well equipt kitchen with the lovely added touch of freshly baked bread on our arrival and welcome top ups of butter, milk and jam. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Julie was very friendly and helpful but also gave us privacy. A lovely walk from the bottom of the street into New Brighton. We will definitely be back again.
Large comfortable mattress. Bottled water and coffee and tea in the room. Lovely powerful electric shower. It was quiet. Excellent price. Staff let us leave our cases with them after check out until the evening as a good will gesture so we could have a second day in new Brighton without cases. Great staff including the cleaner's.
Property very roomy and well equipped for our stay. Apartment spotless and even given welcome treats on arrival. Owner left appropriate contact details if we had any issues, which we didn't. Lovely place and recommend if staying in New Brighton.
