Arcadia is a great area in the state it is very well kept and lots of options when you have nothing else to do. Restaurants are abundant and the quality of the area is top notch in my opinion. The drivers are extremely rude but that is the only negative opinion I have of the area. It is considered in my opinion a step above the the rest of SoCal.

The room had an issue, but it was quickly resolved with an employee at the front desk. She was very professional and friendly. Check in representative was friendly and professional as well. The employees at this hotel go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and overall professionalism towards their customers. Other hotel chains and customer service reps could use a refresher course with training done by the employees at this hotel. They set the standard for customers service. I was very impressed, and I'm not easily impressed by much. Breakfast was very good too.

You can find anything under the sun to eat. Friendly shop owner’s. Old school down town. So many little towns in the area the perfect place to explore and walk around. I love the Arcadia city for it's close proximity to many dining and shopping choices, it seems very safe and the locals are friendly. There's also nearby cities like Pasadena and Monrovia with additional amenities. I have no complaints.

I love Arcadia.
I love Arcadia. And if you book a hotel on Huntington Avenue, you pretty much have it all: Restaurants including The Derby, drive-thru, Walgreens, Trader Joes, other hotels, etc. Its a quick zip to any place you want to be. Also near Santa Anita Racetrack.

Lived in Arcadia back in the early 90's.
Lived in Arcadia back in the early 90's. I always stay here, several times a year, when travailing between the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix. Half way point. Safe area with lots of dining choices; Arcadia & Monrovia.
Initially the room appeared clean but as time went on and usage occurred, there was no maid service during the stay. Ran out of toilet paper and towels. Don’t need to ask for the price one pays. A follow up service of the room should have been done mid way in the week or occasionally. The breakfast was not that good. Poor quality of food. Only one person to monitor the guest who were not complying with the health prodigals in the middle of a pandemic. Ate twice and instead left the hotel for breakfast at another location.
Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.
Location was quite and safe. Room was spacious , bed and sofa were comfy. Tv channels were really good. Coffee was a plus. We needed laundry , reception helped us to use the laundry of neighbor hotel with which they had agreement. Reception helped us by check-in and Ac replacement. It was very good to be able to open windows in the room to get fresh air.
I loved that the room smelled so good from the moment we arrived to when we left, there’s a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and they send you all the utensils/plates/pots and cups upon request! Overall was a nice area to explore and it’s not too far from anything!
Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.
This was our second stay ( within a year ) in that exact location. Good parking and we enjoyed the nearby cities ( Arcadia, Monrovia and Pasadena ) since I used to live in Sierra Madre for a few years..
best hotel during our stay on the west coast. awesome small apartment like rooms, nice views from the top floor, great breakfast, nice pool. definitely worth the money
