The breakfast had a wide range of choices and all of them were very good. The staff throughout the facility were excellent always treated with a kind word and always smiling. Room was clean. The beds had a topper on them which we do not do well with but others may. Pillows were not our favorite. Blue parrot restaurant has loud music and our room was on the side next to it so we would stay on opposite side next time or in main lodge. Overall we had a great two days at the beach. We also were blessed to have Lou take on on his golf cart to the beach and then pick us up. He was very cordial and made a friend with our 4 year old grandson.

Conveniently located and the beach is a short ride away! It was easy to get to restaurants and the boardwalk on foot as well. Very clean and beautiful facilities.

Go to Roosevelt beach down Cedar St off of Savannah. No parking fees and the inlet is right there with great views. Great crabs and staff at Bushell's. When your in between renting and your entire home is in...
When your in between renting and your entire home is in storage units, this place is quiet located so close to everything you need. Salons, outlets, restaurants, beaches. I would say my favorite restaurants are the station on kings. And Rass fantastic upscale eclectic Indian food. Sakutumi for sushi. Bodhi in rehoboth. Right now there are a lot people in town from the tri state area and New England. So just remember how to have a heavy foot. It’s Italian saying. Hope this you guys and y’all this is helpful. Welcome to Delaware!

Very comfortable, spacious room.
Very comfortable, spacious room. My only complaint is the air conditioning didn't work properly. It kept shutting off, we had to adjust the thermostat several times during the night, because the room got warm. It was very late at night and we were too tired to call the front desk about it.

The historic district was wonderful.
The historic district was wonderful. It was too hot with a heat wave for us to walk around, but we are planning to go back in the Fall & do a lot of walking. Such a lovely place. Great places to have dinner. And 2 were by the river with views.

Lewes is a lovely, walkable town, with many interesting small shops with a variety of offerings. The little park in town is pleasant and the beaches are nearby, uncrowded, and clean. Several restaurants with a variety of cuisines.

Lewes is a wonderful walk around town, There is something for everyone. Book lovers will adore Biblion. Looking for some quiet reflection? Go walk the labyrinth at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Ferociously hungry for top notch Mexican food? By all means, go to Agave restaurant. The margaritas are fabulous and the mole sauce is well executed. The puzzle store/gourmet store is a must go to visit. They have wonderful UK food items (did I hear Walker's Shortbread??) and an excellent selection of puzzles.

It was also a short drive to many awesome restaurants in the area! So food was always easy to find! The apartment was even nicer than the pictures showed ( which never happens) and we LOVED the screened in patio.
