Location is wonderful. This place is under construction and you walk in to the lobby totally gutted. No pool or hot tub as they are being updated. Dusty, dirty first impression. The room was clean and nice.they tried to make it work but it really wasn't ok. Free breakfast was in a room with all of the tables so close you could hardly move. The carpets were full of sheet rock dust being tracked in. Normally love this place!

Friendly staff. Clean room . The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool and spa were nice to relax in after a long day. Good complete breakfast with excellent service. Everything was filled up quickly and the tables were cleaned up as soon as guests had finished and left their table. Very well located.

Sadly it doesn't appear they are fully open for the season.
Sadly it doesn't appear they are fully open for the season. Things appear to be working on "Covid" hours. Many places closed at 8 PM. It's a vacation area and you have kids........ Need ice cream after 8 :)

Lake George is an amazing place to relax, breathe, and enjoy a vacation. I enjoy walking around the lake, riding a boat tour to explore the lake, and seeing the fancy houses surrounding the lake. Also, you can swim on a little beach with a view of the mountains and the lake.

Lake George is very pretty and there is much to do.
Lake George is very pretty and there is much to do. Very popular and something for everyone. Many places to eat which we enjoyed very much (i.e. The Boardwalk and The Lagoon.). The kids went parasailing for the first time.. Lots of ice cream shops. Friendly people. Memorial Day weekend weather was perfect for us.

Lake George is truly beautiful we drove around it and enjoyed the forests and small scenic villages. We did not like the Village of Lake George which is fast becoming a tacky beach town with countless tee shirt shops and noisy restaurants. The highlight of our trip was visiting Sagamore Resort, reflecting the early days on the lake.

Lake George is nice on and off season.
Lake George is nice on and off season. During off seasons it may be a bit harder to entertain the kids. After memorial day everything opens for fun from the little smaller arcades and rides to the beaches and Six flags/Water Park. The water park indoors at 6 flags is open off seaso . On season and off season usually are on the higher side of pricing. Very clean area, beautiful scenery with plenty to do and see so the money is worth it. If you're a fan of hot dogs, street corn and tacos with a nice cold lemonade (680 flavor options i believe) Check out the lemonade stand a few buildings over from the fort! would love to camp or rent a cabin for the fourth but could only imagine the demand!

Do not go before Month of May, since the ferry-cruise not in operation...so, not much activities. Yet it is a wonderfull view and aerea to visit.
It is full of restaurants...though we used also Walmart food since located very close the facilities.
From Hig-Way 87, very easy geting in town.
This property while a little outdated was clean, comfortable , reasonable and a great stay. We took our Granddaughter to Lake George for 5 nights and stayed here. We had a great trip. The rooms were cleaned every day. We went in both pools which were clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast twice at the cafe on the property which was delicious and attended the Polynesian dinner show which was entertaining and delicious. Our Granddaughter loved getting to go on stage and learn the dance. Would stay here again.
The Inn at Erlowest is a gorgeous old mansion, beautifully appointed and sitting on impeccable grounds at the edge of the clear waters of Lake George. Because It is a small hotel, we received personal attention. The staff is well trained and devoted to their guests. Our special thanks to Ursula for her kindness at all hours of the day and night! Dining at the 4 Diamond restaurant was a welcome delight. We hope to have the opportunity to return to this little slice of heaven!
Breakfast was good. The two young ladies working the kitchen were always on top of things, hard workers.
The desk staff Jenny and Maddie were very pleasant, always with a smile and willing to point you to places you might want to see(Thanks Maddie:) ) We had a leak from the toilet and upon informing the desk it was taken care of. The maintenance man was also very professional. Super close to the outlets and only 4 miles away from Lake George.
Loved the comfort of bed, room was quiet even though it was close to Rte9, still got great sleep, conveniently located to main street( I could’ve walked ) with action , had morning coffee watching Lake George, loved having the microwave( heated dinner then enjoyed with chilled wine by the pool.and best of all,Maryellen was a wonderful host! Kayaks were the best surprise- so relaxing to be right on Lake George!!
The room was clean. I was a single but the facilities were great for families.- basketball court, volleyball, cornhole, playground, lake activities, cafeteria. The swimming pool was the best. It was great to have a saltwater pool. I enjoyed it so much. I like to go to different cities but if I come back to Lake George, I will definitely stay here again. I will recommend Scotty's to others.
We arrived the Thursday before Memorial Day, things were pretty quite in Town which was great, the Manager of the Hotel upgraded our room which was a great surprise, the 2 queen bed room with lake views is an awesome room, very clean and spacious, we had covered car parking, beds and pillows very comfortable, fridge, microwave, extra sink which was a bonus
Has a beach. Has a pool with a nice cabana. Has a hot tub. Has paddle boards and kayaks. Convenient walk to downtown. Right across the street from Marios, the best Italian place in Lake George. Has a washer / dryer if you need it and ice machine is always full. It’s a cool motel. It is not a luxury hotel.
The location is excellent. The pool area is not right by the beach area, so if there are a lot of kids in the pool you can still have your peace and quiet on the beach. Excellent location for Thursday night fireworks over Lake George. You get to park right in front of your room.
The large room with a 2nd closed bedroom was very practical for our family which is why I booked.
The kiddy and playground was great to occupy the kids while we got ready for the day.
The location is practical, close to Lake George and Expedition Park etc.
Good location, property overlooks Lake George. There is a small private beach shared with another property, but you have to cross the main road to get there. Large play area, nice swimming pool, grilling/seating areas.
The staff was very friendly. It was in a great location, not too far from downtown Lake George. The pool was a perfect fit for our daughter and she had a fun time with some other children staying at the hotel.
No breakfast. No t any service. In bathroom no draning and dirty rooms. One kind of smell.
I need our money back or I am put your company for bad reviews in internet. Why are you booking on cloud 9 hotel?
i like the environment, very peaceful, quiet,
i like the cleanness ,
the bathroom is big and have hand hold shower
i like the location, close to outlet mall and not far from Lake George city
It was great. Room was very spacious, The Lake view was beautiful and location right on the main drag of Lake George, made it so easy to go get a drink, or grab some food and walk along the lake!
Very good location, only a few minutes away from Lake George. Comfortable room, nice helpful staff, especially the breakfast attendant lady, she was friendly and helpful, and always smiling
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It is Avery nice hotel. Always clean and the staff and the breakfast are amazing. Will always stay here whenever I visit lake george
I didn't get to check in! I was told I couldn't check in when I got to the hotel because no rooms were available! I was charged the price anyway although I called the hotel twice!
Beautiful location that was close to downtown lake George and was easily within walking distance. Great pool, on the lake, with great breakfast on site!
