We were yelled and cursed at by the front desk employee for getting locked out. He told me to give him my “fucking” Id and then literally snatched it out of my hands. I would love to chat more about this! It was an awful experience and his anger really scared my wife. We had to switch rooms right sways because of a what looked to be a couple blood stains on the sheets. Our new room was absolutely covered in hair and the bathroom looked to have mold on the ceiling.
