Pleasantly surprised at how lovely the city was. We attended the Rolling Stones Concert at the Cleveland Browns Stadium. We went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and visited a few shops in Little Italy where we stayed in a cute Air B&B. All in all, a good trip

Cleveland is OK. Very walkable downtown.
Cleveland is OK. Very walkable downtown. Lot of cool bars and restaurants.
Quickloan arena was great. Fans were friendly.
My only issue with Cleveland is the aggressive panhandlers. Seems like every few minutes people were asking me for change. \

The Cleveland Museum of Art is spectacular! I had no idea.
The Cleveland Museum of Art is spectacular! I had no idea. They have antiquities thousands of years old, and art from world masters. Although there's a charge for parking, the museum is free.
As an Italian-American, just walking around the Little Italy neighborhood was a real treat. Eating there was even better.

It was amazing.
It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see.
The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see. University Circle is like looking at a picture. The buildings are a mix of older beautiful architecture mixed with new modern buildings. It was breathtaking. The sycamore trees were amazing. There are so many things to see as you walk to events or restaurants.
This property is nicely renovated and spacious for two people. It is located in the Ohio City neighborhood close to downtown Cleveland and the West Side Market. My spouse and I Ubered to an afternoon Browns game parking on the street in front of the property. $13 into town at 2:30 in the afternoon, $29 to come back at 9pm. The lock on the door is electronically controlled (remotely) making entry very convenient, (it will also lock you out after checkout time). The property was clean and quiet.
very friendly staff. valet parking was a savior on game day. the servers (a guy with buzz cut blackish hair & a petite lady serving) in the hotel restaurant was great to interact with too- even saw us looking for Jack’s casino after the game and gave us the proper way to get in!! my friend and I were here for a cavs game and overnight stay and even took a 1 AM stroll to see downtown since we didn’t get in early enough to do it before the game and the workers kept an eye out for us to get home.
Perfect location if you want to be right downtown - we had a view of all the Christmas lights which was really pretty. My family and I stopped halfway to visit relatives for Thanksgiving so we were at the hotel for one night on the way there and another on the way back. Both times the staff was very friendly and the hotel has a nice lobby area with a bar. Easy walk to restaurants and there is an underground parking garage connected to the hotel that's very convenient.
Had a nice room on the 7th floor, with a good view out over Cleveland.
Room was presented clean, no complaints, however as it seems with most hotels at the moment no servicing of rooms was done during our three night stay.
Open air parking in hotel parking lot, was easily to access for unloading and loading of car, although car parking was chargable on a daily rate, no issues with in and out access.
Smack dab in the center of Cleveland, walking distance to Playhouse Square, and directly across the street from Heinen's downtown grocery Store. A very cozy fireplace warmed lobby greeted us from the sub zero cold outside! Not as design focused as other Kimpton's, but a nice option for something not so standard in the heart of the city.
The property is located in a perfect location. You are near some of the most popular shops and restaurants. If you don’t want to drive and are looking to avoid downtown’s parking fees, Lyfts are reasonably priced for the area. The air bnb is perfect, you’ll love it! Spacious, clean and great views of Cleveland.
Hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to most things we wanted to do in downtown Cleveland. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We booked a suite but they were overbooked. Not ideal, but the staff at the hotel figured out a good solution. Breakfast was great.
Hotel was very nice, and clean. Beautifully decorated, and was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, and the bathroom was well stocked. The location was close to the attractions we were in Cleveland for, as well as surrounding areas.
I booked here for a nights getaway with my wife for her 50th birthday. We dined at Red Steakhouse. The Hyatt was in perfect walking distance of everything we needed and valet made parking convenient. Hotel property inside and out is beautiful.
The room was nice and big with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located right downtown in walking distance to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions. If we go back to Cleveland we would choose the Drury.
Great location. Right near some great dining. Easy walk to sports complexes and most of downtown. Building was very nice. Old bank converted into hotel and residential property. Clean and convenient.
Breakfast was good and the room spacious. We were here to visit some relatives so we didn't see much of the city but the hotel is located near Playhouse Square and just at the border of downtown.
The personnel was really nice, the beds were great and the room clean overall. The breakfast was delicious and we had a nice time. Cleveland was beautiful and we will definitely visit again.
What an exeptional hotel! The building, facilities and staff are fabulous! Complementary snacks, drinks and breakfast are very good. I loved our stay there.
