The general manager for the hotel was outstanding. She took very good care of me. I would like to give the general manager of the hotel honorable mention because she met all of my expectations. She escorted me to my room and ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied with my room.

DON'T BOOK THIS! This is falsely advertised as a lake house with pool/gym/ lake access. It is a cute house in a wooded neighborhood near, but not on Lake Travis. There is no access to the lake which can be seen from the property, but you have to drive 10 minutes to get to. There is not access to get into the area where the pool/gym etc is because it requires a code to get through the gate. The owners only left key cards to the pool area, but no code to get through the gate. You will not be allowed to use the fire pits and there is nobody in the area that can help if something goes wrong. There was no hot water in the room above the garage and they were not able to fix it during our stay. The owners were AWOL, the Vacasa management text-bots were useless and the "local" manager was an hour away and unable to help with the most important thing: accessing the amenties we had paid a fortune for. They need to find somebody local to manage this that is actually on site and can help or else their guests can arrive to their house in the middle of noplace and be screwed.
