Very clean and tidy. The bathroom was cleaner than the five star resort I stayed at in Dubrovnik. Friendly staff. Mall across the street with a huge grocery store. Breakfast buffet was ok but cappuccino and a variety of items made to order were very good. Btw, this a la carte menu is included in breakfast price. Roof top is nice . The front desk recommended a restaurant for delivery as I did not have local Food delivery app. And the pizza was good and only 10 euro . They did not charge me for delivery. The hotel is 5-6 min drive from old town and marina but it is not too expensive to take an uber.

We stayed here to kick off our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. The overabundant and attentive service and comfort were incredible--the breakfast (the most magical breakfast I've experienced), free spa services, and pool bar were second to none and made the hotel the ideal retreat to head back to after a day of exploration.

Lovely staff and the room was nice and clean. It’s in a good location if you want to experience the busy area of Makarska. As we were travelling with children the pool was a great addition.

The continental breakfast was amazing! Location is a short bus ride to old town and in a great spot for walking to many locations. There is also a small mall across the street which was a lifesaver for us as the airlines lost our bag.

Overall great city but not the great culture.

Overall great city but not the great culture. People are very very rude towards tourist and needless to say it's very expensive, party city. With that, even for the party scene there are plenty of other options across the globe. Save yourself sanity and money and explore other locations vs overpriced Croatia with extremely bad culture and people.

The old town is an extraordinary place, a must-visit. You can also take the lift up on the surrounding mountain for an astonishing view. Also of course the beaches of Adriatic sea are marvelous. However the rest of Dubrovnik doesn't offer that much of excitement. So stay somewhere better and do a visit into the town.

Enjoyed wandering the streets of Zadar, the restaurants, the swimming by the musical water steps. Had nice Thai food at the entrance to the city and there was a lot to see and do. As with all Croatian sea towns, the narrow streets, tall buildings, churches and towers make Zadar very picturesque for photos. Make sure you bring a towel and swimming gear to take a dip and cool off after exploring the town.

Smaller yet compact old city center where you will find everything you need just in few steps. Big grocery store just next to the bus station, big outdoor market place, fish market, promedande, countless number of restaurants, public transport and several beaches. The only downside is that during the peak season it is really crowded.

A beautiful harbour to walk around in the old town.

A beautiful harbour to walk around in the old town. Lovely swimming spots from the harbour walls as long as you are a swimmer. Tiny pebbly beaches by the Franciscan Monastry & Bonj Beach if you need to touch the bottom which are both walkable from the old town. The walk up to the Fortica Fortress is well worth it and not that intense if you are used to walking and steps. Overall a lovely vibe to Hvar very relaxed and safe. More expensive than Split and Dubrovnik to eat and drink but not by much.

Sibenik ending up being one of the surprise highlights of our trip! The Old Town is quaint and beautiful. It did not feel touristy and yet felt welcoming to tourists. There were plenty of restuarants with a variety of choices. We visited the end of June as the annual International Children's festival was winding up and the town was decorated with streamers with hanging flags of children's drawing--so charming! We loved that it was within a reasonable distance to Split and only 15-20 minutes to Krka National Park.

Beauty and village feel. Marina area has great vibes and family friendly. The food over there was outstanding but you need to be selective on choice of place. The local beer is fantastic. Vodice is close to other smaller coastal town for day trips and uber can be used easy. We hired a car and that was great. Modern accommodation and my 6night stay was too short as Croatia and the area is fantastic. We probably come back another year.

For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia.

For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia. It's smaller than, for example, Makarska, and lacks noisy clubs and loud nightlife, which I consider strong advantages. You can find everything you need: beautiful beaches, bars, snack stands, and upscale restaurants. Renting a sunbed or umbrella is easy, and exciting water sports equipment, such as water jets, is also available. Highly recommended.
