Staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and noise free from other rooms. I like the complimentary drinks with still and gas water options. I like the free arcade/games where you just had to trade n your ID card

The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent just next to the convention center. The housekeeping manager was very helpful in trying to figure out all the staff mishaps that happened during my stay.
