I loved my stay here. The "cabins" are beautifully appointed with a wonderful view. Very private patio. My accommodation had a private sauna also. The location was excellent. Little outside towns but close enough to get supplies or dinner I wanted. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage! Kate greeted us with fresh scones, and left a vase filled with roses in the family room. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated and were comfortable and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed watching the sheep behind the patio, and the easy access to walking paths, including into the town of Ballintoy, which has a wonderful pub with great food, and along the water to the Carrick-a-rede bridge. Although we didn’t get a chance to walk to the Causeway, I understood it’s about a 12 mile walk in the other direction.

Antique from the outside, yet modern and updated room and bath. Great location, in a beautiful area. We had a drink across the street, taking in the view and then dinner in the cozy bar at the hotel. Grabbed pastry and tea next door in the morning. It is a qiuet area with not much else around, but outstanding scenery in either direction, so made a good base to explore from.

There a couple of good pubs in Ballintoy.

There a couple of good pubs in Ballintoy. Ballintoy harbour is wonderful and its nice to walk along to Elephants Rock passed the unusual rock formation. From the harbour, there is a great view of Sheep Island and if the tide is low, one has great access to White Park Bay Beach and to Port Braden. There is plenty of hostels, guest houses, airbnb to stay in.

we were there for the nw200,this was our first time visit to do it.It was a great learning experience. The area is of great natural beauty which if your touring is tops, unfortunately it was not ours.We had to get to Portrush before road closure at 9.00am to get to viewing position. We ate down in Ballycastle, good places to eat and plenty of guinness.

The harbour is stunning. One of a kind. I've dreamt about swimming there and finally did. Totally worth an overnight stay. Lots of others arriving to swim as well. Toilets on site as well and a lovely cafe although wasn't open today.

We were staying at the Castle B&B for one night with early start for the Giants Causeway. We walked down to the harbour for a beautiful sunset and great photo opportunities. There were some interesting birds to photograph and the setting sun made the sea look like molten copper. It was a perfect evening.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves ocean and island views and wonderful sunsets. Spotless and comfortable accommodation. Good wifi. Only downside for orange mobile phone users is no signal in house or Main Street. Top tip is that you can get signal in the churchyard of the beautiful white church or anywhere below that to the wonderful harbour.

Our accommodation, The Castle B&B, is situated in an ideal location for anyone wishing to enjoy the walks, the breathtaking scenery and the lovely harbour. Donagh McShane, who runs the B&B, is a very friendly and witty guy and we enjoyed a good laugh with him……and he even gifted us a bag of his home grown potatoes (which were delicious) as we headed for home. Whitepark Bay is easily accessed from the harbour although the little village of Ballintoy has little to offer in the way of amenities.

Very welcoming and helpful management and. everything really well organised. Each dorm has its own ensuite bathroom with hot water coming almost instantly. Five stars doesn't do justice to the location. It overlooks the beach, just a very short walk away, and you can see up the coast in both directions. The sun sets directly opposite to the dining room windows! There are no hotels or anything else in the vicinity - the hostel has just been plonked right in the middle of unspoilt nature.

The photos on the website don’t really do justice to this excellent B&B. It is in a glorious location in the centre of the north Antrim coast on a quiet road with sweeping views out to Rathin island and the Mull of Kintyre beyond. The picturesque Ballintoy harbour is 10 minutes walk down the hill. The Fullerton Arms, a short walk away, has good food. Our room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The location is perfect as we love Ballintoy. The house is comfortable and had everything we need, including lots of homely extras like tea and coffee, toilet rolls etc If you are tall you might need to stoop to get into the bedrooms but its all part of the charm. The garden has everything you would need for a group to barbeque or enjoy al fresco dining and drinks. A charming place.
