The location. It is located downtown within walking distance to the convention center, the performing arts center, the16th Street mall, and Laramer Square shopping. There are good restaurants within walking distance as well. It's a bit of a walk to Union Station and Lobo, but it's doable. The breakfast was also better than most hotels.

We travelled to Wyoming and South Dakota before coming to Denver and could probably have spent a couple of extra days on that part of the trip. However Denver itself was a lovely, clean and friendly city and is a very good base for places like Rocky Mountain National Park. Because of the time of year some roads and attractions not yet open so we didn’t get to see as much as we would have liked but we would definitely consider coming back.

Pleasantly surprised there was usable, useful public transport. I loved all the artsy stuff and the Botanical Gardens. A clean, walkable city. Great weather, I really enjoyed my stay in Denver. Good for people who like Craft beers too.

RTD trains and buses are amazing and very affordable on a day ticket, for someone without own transport. Really great to be able to get to town from the airport for only $10. The 16th Street free mall ride also helps a lot.
I found Uber very expensive, which is a pity. It was quite a mission to get to the Denver Premium Outlets without own transport.
Had the opportunity to attend a game at Coors field - nice experience.
I booked some day trips with a local operator that got cancelled over the weekend - pity.

The Denver airport is the size of a city.
The Denver airport is the size of a city. It’s very difficult to get from one place to another. Not traveler friendly
There are not enough signs to direct you to check in , security offers two places to choose from . But is not on your boarding ticket
South west flight arrived too late for my connection.
They booked me the next morning. They refused to let me check a 50lb bag refused 3 times to help me find a hotel? I was left on my own. 3 agents said they did not
Know of hotels. BUT later discovered there’s a Westin at the airport I stayed there.i am 75. And Southwest left me to sleep in a chair at their counter with my bag
There were No electric in sight to charge my phone.

I had heard about Denver for so long, and was so excited to go. We did take one day-trip out for hiking ( trail, which I highly recommend) but Denver overall was a big disappointment. The smell of marijuana everywhere. So much traffic - travel time between locations was unpredictable. Downtown was scary!
SpringHill Suites is just the best hotel in Denver. If you have to travel to that city, there is no alternative. It is clear, rooms are spacious and super clean. Manager is attentive, friendly and super nice. Employees are as well. Location is ideal for trips to Red Rocks, Empower Field, it also is just some blocks away from Union Station and MSU. Rates are more than reasonable. It won't get any better.
The room felt very roomy and well appointed with sitting area next to the bed. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is great for attending an event at the Colorado Convention Center. It's also a short walk to the 16th Street Mall and only a bit longer of a walk to Union Station where you can catch the RTD train to and from the airport. Breakfast was decent and included with my stay.
Excellent American breakfast with a spacious dining area. The menu had options for everyone. The location was pretty central and was walking distance from downtown 16th Street Mall. The US Mint, civic centre Denver art museum and the Capitol are all with 10 min walking distance away. The rooms are comfortable and have a mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave, basic cookware and a sink.
When I got to my room it was 78 degrees. I like to sleep at 70 degrees. After setting the thermostat at 65 to try and cool down my room. It was still 75 degrees when I left. Unacceptable. I have stayed at many hotels in Denver and Colorado Springs. I will never stay with this hotel again. And will make sure everyone I meet in and around Colorado. Knows not to stay there too.
The best Hotel in Denver!!!
Very nice stuff and delicious breakfast!
Room very clean and comfortable, is with small kitchen, bad is modern. Outside is romantic fire to chill , we rent a car and get good garage. Next to Hotel is Beautiful Denver Art Museum. Recommend for my friends and family. Thank you so much for staying and enjoying at Hotel Element Denver Downtown East.
The hotel is brand new and close to the Denver International Airport. The room was large with two comfortable beds. Internet was good. The best thing about the location was there was a new brewery across the parking lot which was filled with well-satisfied beer drinkers. I took a "double" can of IPA back to the room which was delicious.
Close to the airport, so I could get a good night sleep after flying into Denver. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle was great. Fridge, kettle etc. provided in the room, that was useful.
Overall, I was satisfied and would stay again if I needed a room in the area again for a night or so.
Affordable hotel option near Denver International Airport with excellent shuttle service. Large rooms and pleasant staff. Not luxurious but with everything you need. First floor rooms can hear units above so bring earplugs. 20 minute walk to 61st & Pena station for train into downtown.
The ambiance, location, style, room, view, and overall stay was amazing.
Excellent gym, amenities and close to local bars and restaurants. Easy to grab a scooter or Uber to local attractions, or even walk. A top hotel for value in Downtown Denver!
Big clean new rooms with immaculate bathroom. Better than expected & very helpful staff on front desk & shuttle driver super friendly & knowledgeable about the airport & area. Would recommend & I looked at loads of airport hotels!
Location. The hotel is close to the cherry Creek and Glendale area of town, my favorite. Although it is located on Colorado Blvd a very busy roadway, the traffic sounds gets very quiet late at night.
Property was in great location for easy access to downtown Denver and to freeways for jaunts to Boulder, Colorado Springs, etc. Very nice property - clean, fresh. Great staff!
Nice rooms - big comfy beds.
Breakfast ok - but nothing fancy
Just outside of downtown Denver, so it’s easy to either walk or take and Uber/Lyft to get to the mid city
Great location in downtown Denver. Room was very comfortable and big, the kitchenette was great too. Very clean and the view out the window wasn't bad!
