The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and it was nice having the bar right next door to the hotel. (Sybergs) Parking in the lot was easy and felt safe. The staff was nice as well and was always making sure our stay was good.

I've stayed at the Moonrise several times. Much of the time I can't afford it, but when I can, it's always a great deal! It's just about the only place right on the Del Mar Loop, so easy to restaurants, stores, and theaters... And about a mile to the Wash U campus, still walkable. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, and I love the funky, space-theme decor throughout the hotel.
