The staff was very friendly, the room was way more than expected for the cost, the food for room service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The tv didn’t work the entire six days. There was no microwave or mini fridge. The location is ok on the inside but on the outside omg. People outside day and night. Police circle every night. Not going back there.

The historic feeling of the place. The excellent services within the area (Left Steak across the road with their Waegyu Steak and wine cellar) the monument at the front, and most of all, the excellent glass mural / painting of the Garden of the Hesperides….

We were there to move our daughter into the University, but we also had friends close by. Because we were on the Campus, we were able to make use of the college busses. They were free and took you to different spots on the Campus and also downtown which is excellent as we discovered that aspect after burning a couple days using Uber. We should have spoken to the front desk first.
Do not miss going to the Rutgers Garden as it is free and also very beautiful. Lots of restaurants downtown to eat. Also utilize the list of restaurants that the front desk gives you because it has a good variety. Most of the restaurants delivers.

When in New Brunswick, brunch at Old Man Rafferty's is a must. It still has a small town feel with all the modern conveniences of an urban location. The NJ transit railroad is right in the center of town with easy access. Most everything is in walking distance.
overall it was a nice stay at Hyatt regency New Brunswick. it’s nicely maintained & clean property. Staff was also supportive but am upset that we were not given invoice upon request at the time of check out as I had done reservation from booking.com & we were also charged extra for the breakfast though it was included in our reservation package. Now I’m coordinating with the property for the same but they are not really prompt on the response.
The 2 queen suite was huge and clean with a full kitchen, pull out sofa, and tons of room to work. Best of all, there were tons of outlets. Staff was dealing with the aftermath of a burst pipe, so the lower floors were loud, and some rooms weren't available. Still, they were so friendly and worked hard to provide guests with the best experience. The workout room was very well stocked with weights, kettle bells a spin bike and a peloton.
Location good
We had a hire car and parked in the multi-storey behind the hotel - the walk to the hotel from the carpark at night was un-nerving! We were not advised before arrival that breakfast was only available at weekend. Nor were we informed that the room would not be serviced during our stay (7 nights bins not emptied or bed changed)
It was really good and the price was a lot cheaper than some hotels from the area. Also, this place is even cleaner than all of the other hotels I stayed at in the same area. The fact that it is on a university campus is also good and I think is one of the reason for the pricing.
The room was clean and spacious. The location is not extremely close to the city center, but it's close enough to walk and there are some markets around to get groceries. Above everything, the owner was always available to answer my questions before and during my stay.
Great location; very nice and helpful staff; clean room; great choice of restaurants in the area; convenient to New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Enjoyed the walking paths round the campus.
The beds are too small and the valet parking was a bit much being that I stay in the hotel guest should get a discount I pay more days on valet then I stay
