An Unforgettable Act of Kindness – Thank You, Belair Beach Hotel I recently had an unexpected and very emotional experience while on a cruise that had to be cut short due to a medical emergency involving my sister. She became seriously ill and required emergency surgery in St. Maarten. I was not able to stay with her in the hospital and had to find accommodations quickly. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at Belair Beach Hotel, especially Khatija and Catherine, for their incredible kindness, compassion, and support during those difficult two days. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel cared for and safe during what was one of the most stressful times of my life. Their understanding and warmth went far beyond what I ever expected from a hotel staff. They were not just professional—they were human, and their empathy made all the difference. Because of them, Belair Beach Hotel will always have a special place in my heart. I will absolutely return if I ever come back to St. Maarten, this time under happier circumstances.
