‏At the end of the corridor (building 8), next to room 8109, there is a small window that is always open. Behind it are sewage pipes that emit a very unpleasant odor that bothers the nose and seeps into all the rooms. The hotel management needs to solve this problem radically. I have suffered from it every time I have stayed there. I have visited all the rooms on the ground floor and they all have unpleasant odors. The room furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The rooms are dark due to poor distribution and poor lighting. You must be careful and keep the room door closed at all times, otherwise you will be surprised by the presence of a gecko and some insects wandering around your room. The breakfast is repetitive and some items sell out before closing time. I would like to thank Ms. Aon for her kindness and good treatment during my last two visits, as well as Ms. Satzy and Ms. Matmee , they were wonderful.

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great!

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great! We ate lots of delicious foods and this was our favourite night market that we have visited in Asia. Bang Tao beach is clean and in close proximity to other beaches as well.

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means that you are never very far from it. It's very quiet (compared to areas like Patong!) and I loved walking the beach at sunset to find one of the lovely beachfront bars or seafood restaurants. It's also quite an easy scooter (I use Grab) ride to Nai Thon beach which is gorgeous, with a strip of markets, shops, massage spots and more bars and cafes.

    The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion. The sand is white and soft. The water is clear and beautiful. There are waves so be careful sometimes when it becomes rough. There's no rocks in the water so it is pleasant to swim. One big no no for me and many other women and men is that the people that come to the beach dress very indecent and it's very embarrassing to see grown adults dressing so badly. They should not even be wearing clothes at this rate. I know their culture is like that but it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Noone will be walking around showing off their diamonds in public. Just a thought.

    Worthwhile to visit. Great beach. Worried over number of years this area is going to get over developed and the wrong type of area. I can see this being phukets Pattaya And possibly drive families to another region. I have visited 7 times and see the changes over a period 12 years

    Beach is one of the best in Phuket - so clean and we swam in the sea everyday. It was perfect! Breakfast and restaurant was excellent so much choice and when we did eat in the evenings, the food was lovely, fresh, with plenty of choice. Staff were so nice - always polite, professional, smiling and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, massage places nearby and on the beach. Room was so spacious and claen with a seaview - perfect. Best sunsets from the hotel.

    We had a great stay :) Room was quite big and comfortable, there is a swimming pool so we could get some relief in a hot day. Free shuttle service to the beach and market. Restaruant in the hotel is a bit expensive but definitely good quality and tasty. And mostly, there is a super nice staff, especially the guy from tourist information, who can book some organized attractions for you or tell you something about Phuket and what is worth visiting.

    We had a really nice stay at the momento. The staff are friendly and courteous and provided everything we needed including arranging early breakfasts. The rooms are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The breakfasts were particularly good, probably the best we've had while staying in hotels over the last couple of years. It's two minutes walk from the beach and much quieter than the other resorts which is good for us.

    Great location, with the beach visible from the hotel. The staff were lovely and provided golf buggie transport service around the resort/to your room, which was great. The room service was excellent and efficient. There was plenty of water provided. The restaurant choices were exceptional, particularly the Thai night buffet at the marketplace.
