The location of Shore Point Cottages is great as it is close to West Ocean City and easy access to Assateague Beaches which we prefer. We LOVED The Stoke coffee spot and PURE LURE clothing store, these are very fun stops! And nothing beats the Assateague Crab House for lunch or dinner! The location was great.
The location was great. The beach was a block away and there was a Jolly Rogers right across the street. There were numerous places to each and an ice cream place as well. We drove down to the very end to park and go to the boardwalk. All in all it was a nice trip!Guest review byRineer - 10.0

With so much to do in OC, 4 nights would be the minimum recommended stay, 5 or 6 even better. There is so much positive life in this place, it is highly recommended I read the normal off season population is about 7,000, and in season it booms to 300,000, that is how nice this place is! It feels you with love, comfort and rest. The beach is very clean You don’t need to bother bringing umbrellas and chairs from home because you can conveniently rent them just at the beach and at affordable cost. Lots of beautiful Hotels to chose from The hotels are all located very close to the beach so you do not need transport to get to the beach except you want to. A lot of stores to buy whatever you may have forgotten at home. It’s nice to take. Long walk of drive around at night. The lights and colors adds sweet ambience to entire ocean city community. I TOLD MY PARTNER THAT I LOVE OCEAN CITY MORE THAN ANY OTHER WE HAD BEEN TO IN PAST YEARS. The experience was heavenly.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Ocean City Maryland is a wonderful place. It’s full of fun for families, single people, older, individuals, and young and fun couples. There’s always something to do. Everything is centrally located. Lots of eating establishments and entertainment. I would advise to book a hotel directly through the hotel. I used booking.com and was given a lower quality room without the amenities I originally asked for. I have been going to Ocean City since 1998.
I have been going to Ocean City since 1998. It is a much different place now. The beach is still beautiful but the Boardwalk has gotten crazy expensive and there are more unsupervised teens. The overall vibe has gone down but it still is one of my faves. We stayed at Americana on the Boardwalk and it was really nice. First timer on the Boardwalk itself. Hammerheads, Shenanigans, Caruso’s Pizza, and Brass Balls Saloon are where we ate. Hammerheads and Brass Balls were a first and they were both very good. We also did Thrasher’s (this is a must - try some of the locations further down the boardwalk to avoid the crowd) and we also did Kohr Bros. Mini golf can be found almost anywhere so I don’t think you can really go wrong. We went to Nick’s Jurassic Golf and got Polish Ice after. Overall, I still think OCMD is worth a visit.Guest review byHicks
