Our room was nice and beds comfortable. However, the corridor and lobby smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast had a wide selection, although quality was average. My kids loved the ice cream. The location was good, walkable to restaurants and pretty close to most main attractions.

9/10 It would have been a 10/10 if the staff were able to give us recommendations on where to eat Very odd to ask for restaurant recommendations, only to be told to check out the malls I would expect the Ritz to be able to give specific recommendations for food otherwise, staff and facilities were excellent

Extremely friendly and helpful (and good looking☺️) staff, great facilities in room and in the common area (swimming pool, gym etc.). I had a wonderful stay with my family there! Highly recommended for family travel!
