It was clean and comfortable but I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open for breakfast, just a breakfast bar that was adequate but no more. When I inquired about accessibility they were quick to reply.

The property is a little run down, could use a bit of paint but was very clean. The pools was very nice. The room was very large! McDonald’s is across the street and Tom hortons is next door!!

As usual the cottage we rented was in fine shape! The washroom was clean and the beds were comfortable! As always the owner Jenny was very courteous and welcoming!

Visitors come from all over. River cruises available at the marina. A charming and very enjoyable place to spend a night or two.

    Gananoque is a spectacular area to visit and stay a while: The water, the water activities including the boat cruises; the relaxing atmosphere of the town and people there, places to walk in town, and the drive there and back on the Thousand Island Parkway - spectacular!

    The area is Beautiful, lots to do and see. It was hard to find restaurants on the water, only a few and you cannot trust the reviews people all have opinions most are not accurate. We were interested in a dinner cruise, could not find any info on such.

    The main thing I disliked was that a few of the cafés were closed a lot of the time I was there and most of the restuarants closed in the evening between 7.30 and 8.30 .Not good for a holiday location.

    Beautiful little town.

    Beautiful little town. I wish businesses would stay open a little later. We found most things were closed by 6pm. Loved dining near the water. Loved the boat cruise to Boldt castle. Very close to other nice towns as well as close to Kingston.

    This is a wonderful picturesque area well worth a visit.

    This is a wonderful picturesque area well worth a visit. The cruise among the islands and the enormity of the homes and cottages was something to behold as well as learning some of the history. The 1000 Island Tower was well worth going up as the view is incredible. The Confederation Sculpture Park was absolutely lovely as well as the Joel Stone Park by the marina. Downtown is quaint with many dining options and a drive up to Ivy Lea, Rockwood and Mallorytown was very lovely. Or driving furtther south to Kingston is also worth the time. All in all, Ganonoque is a very worthy road trip to make with lots to see and many view points.

    Beautiful room below the owners property. The room looks out over the lake with a small garden with chairs to sit out. The room was spotlessly clean. The hosts are very welcoming and gave us advice on where to eat out on our last night. It really is a lovely location and you can walk everywhere. We visited the theatre to see Mary Poppins while we were in Gananoque and also went on the 3 hours 1000 island river cruise. I would recommend staying here the view from the room is just stunning.

    Easily within walking distance to the center of Gananoque and the Thousand Islands Playhouse. Breakfast was scrumptious; a fresh fruit bowl, yogurt and granola, choice of omelette, eggs, bacon, sausage, Eggs Benedict, pancakes with maple syrup, three jams, coffee or tea. Best B&B breakfast ever!

    The breakfast was amazing, couldn't have asked for a nicer breakfast, it was really delicious. The location is perfect. It is a beautiful old house with beautiful antiques in it. The rooms are something you would find in a five star hotel . Well worth staying in it.
