The hotel is in a very charming villa. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked a room which had a couples massage included, which was very nice. Mr. Xiaoming was extremely helpful with everything we needed. It was my wife's birthday so he also helped me prepare something special for her.

I’ve been traveling around China for 5 months and this was my most memorable stay thanks to the lovely people. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable travel experience, from helping book tours to always being happy to chat. Bonus is the hotel connects to a running/biking trail (also leads straight to Reed Flute Cave) and the location is very convenient.

Fantastic hotel and an amazing stay all round. The staff were so friendly and helpful, some have excellent English language skills, and others would make extraordinary effort using translation apps. The location on the lake is stunning, and the pick-up from the train station was extremely convenient.

The vibe in general. Very friendly and welcoming. Tried to help us in any way possible. Especially enjoyed the small talk during tea time with the ladyboss. It's a calm and quiet place. The rooms were spacious and it was not missing on anything.

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the night market. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us, helping to arrange both a river cruise and an excursion to the Yangshuo Ruyi walk with the cable car. Wow. Life changing experience. I booked a hotel and ended up with family in Guilin. Michele, JiaJia, Sisters, Grandpa… all feel like family now. The rooms were beautifully located with stunning views. Clean, cool, comfortable. The food was out of this world. I crave Guilin noodles every morning now! And nobody makes them like grandpa! JiaJia took us everywhere we could ever want to go to take in the whole city in just a few days. They were patient and kind with our needs. They spent time with us making dumplings one night which was one of the highlights of the trip! You aren’t just booking a hotel. You are getting to experience Guilin like a local.
