The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. They were also very considerate, asking if everything was okay with the room shortly after checking in. The facilities were clean and accommodating.

The property is currently under construction, ideally it should be shut down during this period. This not ideal to keep people in a construction environment with dust. Any guest with lungs issues or breathing issues like asthma will certainly have difficulty. The experience with Booking.com was equally awful as they quickly distant themselves from the issue asking us to contact the hotel. That’s a shame as our contract was with Booking.com. This is some form of sharp practise that should be addressed. Booking.com can not absorb itself from all responsibility when bookings go wrong.
