If there was more than 10 I would rank it higher. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in. Huge space, separate floor for the kids with a soccer table, tv and many board games. New and very equipped kitchen (including lables!!) we cooked a lot of family meals and felt at home. The pool was excellent and the jacuzzi was perfect- we all enjoyed the rest after a day in Zion. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, very quiet place and responsive staff. Will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, with a great view and a bus stop to Zion National Park right next to the hotel. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts at the hotel restaurant. While not included in the price, they offered a 10% discount, which was a nice touch.

    Springdale is a very nice town.

    Springdale is a very nice town. It’s clean, nice hotels and nice restaurants with good food. The bus rides to Zion from the town and the buses taking you in the park to your hiking trails is very convenient. The town itself so easy to get around by car and most places are within walking distance if you prefer to walk. The town feels very safe which is a huge plus. Great place to vacation!

    Loved the location which is walkable to Zion National park...

    Loved the location which is walkable to Zion National park visitors center entrance. Along the way you have shops and eateries. They also have free shuttles if you don't want to walk. Hotel itself was so beautiful with a view and lobby was very welcoming with lemon water and coffee all the time . I would highly recommend to everyone visiting the area.

    Quaint, walkable community with great shops and restaurants. Reminds me of a ski lodge community. You can tell it is a safe, healthy, adventurous area by the number of people you see out walking, biking, etc.

    The Bit & Spur was an excellent restaurant within a short...

    The Bit & Spur was an excellent restaurant within a short distance of the villas, and three blocks away we loved Oscars, Bonrue and Deer Creek eateries. The busses come every 10 minutes or so and were clean and safe for families, even those with strollers and infants. Very nice town for families with toddlers, and many of the trails in Zion were either paved or smooth enough for strollers with larger wheels. It was hot in late June, but the early morning was fine for hikes. And it was very busy, so be prepared to wait at peak times (11am-3pm) for the in-park shuttle bus...but there is a lot of shade at the shuttle stops and typically a nice breeze. The Narrows hike is great for tweens and teenagers (who don't mind getting wet)...use hiking boots or rent them at the Zion Village outfitters right where you get off the stop one Springdale bus...and the Lower Emerald Pools trail is great for younger children who are in strollers (paved the entire one mile). Oh, and don't miss the tunnels...you will need to take your own vehicle (or hire a guide in town)...and don't stop until you reach the traffic circle where the bison herd is. That drive is in Kolob Canyon, a completely different geology than in the main canyon. We also saw deer and big horns along the way. Enjoy!

    Springdale is a cute little town right at the entrance to Zion national Park. The main benefit of staying in Springdale is quick access to Zion. There are also several neat little shops and restaurants and places to stay.

    Great town. Great food and many places to drink good coffee. Loved the shuttle system , the friendly people that work here and make the trip memorable and easy going. The views around town are incredible!!! Zion national park is door to door.

    Excellent hotel, well located on the tourist strip outside of Zion National Park. Rooms are well back from the road, so nice and quiet. Swimming pool was lovely, with a lawn outside of the pool area, where we saw deer grazing one day. Breakfast at Porters was excellent and cooked to order. Oscar's cafe (a top rated place to eat on Tripadvisor) is just across the road. And the shuttle bus stop (for Zion) is right outside the hotel.

    Fantastic location. Springdale shuttle bus out the front. Walking distance to many shops and services. Exceptional, friendly staff. Great breakfast with quality food. There were so many little extras and attention to detail by the staff. Tea and coffee available all day. A perfect base for Zion National Park.

    Well taken care of cabins and restrooms, parking area well kept as well as a nice little play ground for the kids. A very short drive to entrance of park which is great! Kids loved it as well pet friendly so maybe next time ill bring the pets too lol.
