The place is very confortable, and it has all facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Location is very convinient, with several restaurants and supermarkets in the area, as well as a metro station nearby. There is an elevator nearby to go up/down hill. It is also at walking distance to the ria de Bilbao. Communication with the owner was excellent!

The location is terrific especially If you do not want to mess with driving down into the city. The funicular is a five minute drive away and it is super easy to use. The views from the garden terrace overlooking the city are incredible. Xavier was very helpful and worked very hard to make us stay comfortable. I really appreciated him. There was more than enough to eat at breakfast and it was very good.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was very good, lots of lovely fresh fruit, selection of cold meats, bread, muesli and great coffee.
