Good sized apartment. Large screen tv with lots of viewing options. We didn’t use 2nd bedroom as there was just two of us. There was coffee and tea supplied but no other pantry items. Bed was on the firm side. The unit is not well insulated from noise - street noise and upstairs noise so not ideal for light sleepers (a white noise machine is supplied).

This is an outstanding central Rhode Island location - a good spot if you are hitting all parts of the state. The hotel is clean, has great water pressure, quiet and the room was well laid out, allowing for space to roam. Overall it was a better stay than I'd expected to have. Housekeeping did a great job freshening up the room. Good breakfast too. Our experience was better here than at a more expensive and more hihgly rated Hyatt where we'd stayed the night before.

We found the hotel to be very clean, and the room design was great for our family of 4. We weren't expecting much but this hotel was surprisingly great for the price.

Quiet hotel for being near the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent, not lavish, room was very clean and provided all that was needed. Only negative was the worn out bed.

    It was disgusting!

    It was disgusting! The bedding was dirty with cigarette burn holes in the duvet, the shirts were not changed. The shower had black mold in the grout. The poor old guy they had cleaning the rooms did try to fix things, he brought new shirts, and bedding, and a jug of bleach so I could clean the shower. But I would never recommend staying there.

    We left a day earlier than planned because of the extremely poor conditions. When we left, the person behind the registration window cheerfully refunded our money for the night that we did not stay - that was the only positive thing about the entire 2-day stay

    This was the ideal for an Airbnb-style accommodation. Private apartment attached to the host's house. Street or driveway parking. The hosts were hands off, which I personally prefer. However, they communicated enough to make it a seamless experience. Apt was super cozy and as advertised. It was amazing to have a whole 2br apt so close to the city for a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

    The water view is nice and the area is very quiet and walkable. Owners are responsive to questions and issues. The property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We appreciated the wonderful deck with outdoor fire table, Keurig machine and the streaming-enabled televisions. I always travel with my own Firestick but it was not needed on this trip. Would stay again!

    Our host, Marvin, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. We appreciated that the location was very convenient to our family planned entertainment at Roger Williams Zoo. We also thought the amenities that were provided such as organic teas, coffee maker, condiments and even paper towels were a nice touch and above and beyond what might be expected.
