The bed was absolutely top-notch! The sheets and towels were fantastic — fresh, soft, and very clean. The entire place was spotless and provided the perfect atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the barbecue area, which came with fire starters ready to use. The kitchen was decently equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

The owner was very gracious and polite and met us at the property and was very flexible with check in and check out times. The property itself was very charming and suitable for young kids and was also close to amenities. Would highly recommend this for families or parents with small children. Thank you Joaquin.

    Where we stayed in Yaiza was very quiet. A great location for a large group like ours but a must is to have a hire car to enable you to travel freely in and out of more lively areas around the island.

    I went there to fly the famous hang gliding sites of Famara, el Cuchillo , Tina Sario and they were all great. Yaiza is a quiet town not really touristy. I liked that. I wanted to practice my Spanish which I had been using for a year . All, and I mean all the locals were warm and welcoming (and they could speak English too) but were patient with my attempts. Local eateries were very reasonably priced though I did also go to a posher restaurant at the back of the town. But even then my meal with drinks was about 20 euros. I also ate ay UGA ad various beaches but I like the local stuff more. Gosh it was clean. No rubbish, no graffiti, the locals take care of their town

    We stayed in Marina Rubicon near Playa Blanca specifically in Yaiza. It is a well kept resort, with very new infrastructure. Restaurants are on the expensive side around Christmas time. It was the same prices than Brussels. But service is really good and the food was amazing. The views, sunset and beaches are fantastic. It was not too crowded over Christmas and NYE. Just perfect for a winter break.

    Very nice accommodation in a quiet area of the island. Easy access to a lot of places by car. We got the twin bedroom with two seperate single beds. The room was clean with a very spacious bathroom. Nice view from the hotel's yard, friendly staff. Also free parking space outside of our room. Would recommend

    Quiet village, lovely place, couple of restaurants, great food and service. But, for something less formal, only one place open, if you only wanted snacky food in the evening, or something to drink - thank goodness we found Manuel Filipino. cheap and cheerful, and totally amazing

    Wonderful villa, very clean and the owner is very accommodating with even leaving wine and bread and cheese in the fridge for your arrival! Pool and hot tub is amazing, we really had the best stay and would reccomend. We usually stay in hotels but would definitely stay here again! The location is also very nice with the beach and supermarket within walking distance! The marina is deffinitely worth a walk or taxi, it's beautiful having dinner and drinks along it.

    Great location in the Centre of Yaiza. Claire and Maurizio made us very welcome. Loads of outside space, pretty much all of which we put to good use, and on the less windy days the pool was warm enough even in January. Yaiza also has many good walks nearby and is well served by bus.

    Amazing villa in the center of the village of Yaiza. Big rooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious and brand new bathrooms. Lovely swimming pool also suitable with uncertain weather as it is heated. Private parking.Self check in, which is a plus. Great value gor money
