Napa is just beautiful. Great wine. Beautiful vineyards and wine tasting properties. Also, many great restaurants. My family and I have visited wine regions in Italy and France and others in European countries. Napa is every bit as beautiful as they are. We visit several times a year to enjoy and relax. The first time, we visited 4 wineries; this time it was only 2 and those too were thoroughly disappointing ... Charles Krug and V Sattui. So many vineyards to visit and the wine tours are really expensive and often don't include the tasting! I recommend looking up the individual vineyards and booking direct with them. We visited the Baile vineyard and had a fabulous tasting experience at a much cheaper price which meant we could buy more wine!!! Went into town for some food and live music and we weren't disappointed :) Would like to spend more time in Napa and explore more... next time!Guest review byStephanieUnited Kingdom

The hotel itself is beautiful and very boutique - only 11 or so rooms - and are of a high standard. the location is great, peaceful and with wonderful views over the river but just a short distance from both downtown Napa and the wineries on Silverado trail. We really enjoyed the wine evenings, the free drinks and the excellent breakfasts. The staff were attentive, personable and friendly - thank you Robert, Latrice, Gio and Ben.
