This was one of the better complimentary breakfasts I've had - eggs, bacon & sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, blueberry muffins, and juices were great, and there were even more choices but I ran out of room! Lots of pastries with all the spreads (cream cheese, peanut butter, etc), cereals, and bananas.. AC kept the room plenty cold too

The beds were firm and comfortable and the linens seemed fresh and clean. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and helped us with extra towels -had 2, 8 year old sons with me- and was at our service which was quite professional.

This cabin was charming and comfy. Definitely not perfect and not new, and the land is rough. . But we liked it immediately when we first stepped inside. The tall ceilings made the small house feel very spacious. Interesting decor everywhere. Kitchen, dining, bathroom, bed, electric outlets, reading sofa, front porch rockers. Everything was clean and in good working condition. This was just what we needed to get away from city living. We would gladly do this again.

    My stay at Horseshoe bay was decent at best, Golf was expensive for the courses. Ive played Scottsdale courses much nicer for less $$. Staff did the best they could but seemed inexperienced. Too sum it up My sense was the resort is lacking good management. Unfortunately Its a 1 and done for me wont return

    We ate in Marble Falls because we took a drive from condo to...

    We ate in Marble Falls because we took a drive from condo to see what was available. Ate at Jardin Corona and River City Grill. Both good. Most stores closed by the time we finished dinner Saturday night and Sunday most closed as well. Enjoyed going down memory lane in Ms Lollipop's. It rained Sun as well. We did drive up the hill and stopped at a Catholic Church and looked around at their Wall of Honor to those who served, which was very moving. And some of their statues and garden were beautiful. Really went to just unwind so didn't do a lot. Our condo had a canoe and life jackets but didn't use them. Might have gone to the area where there was a beach area to swim but again it rained.

    For Sr Citizens the stairs and uneven pavement leading up to the Condo is tricky especially after dark . However the Condo is beautiful with everything you need ! Very comfortable nicely appointed. Next to the pool wish we could have stayed longer so we could have used it ! WE will come back if in the area again ! Owner is very nice and quick to respond

    This is a gorgeous area in my opinion.

    This is a gorgeous area in my opinion. Neat and clean outside, lots of activity but when inside you were not bothered by noise. Balcony was a nice area to sit, relax and sip your favorite beverage. I like the area and Marble Falls and Johnson City are not far away. Lots of history to explore.

    Very quiet and relaxing. People were nice and helpful.

    Very quiet and relaxing. People were nice and helpful. Perfect place for us to getaway for a few days. Enjoyed walking around. Location seemed isolated but wasn't. We were close to restaurants and shopping. Full kitchen, comfortable living space and the bed was perfect. Really liked the balcony. Very much recommended.

    I was never given the access code despite trying to contact a rep before I left for my trip and calling upon arrival. The customer service number provided was only for reservations and they were unable to provide me with the access code/info as this was through another third party (who were also unavailable to the reservation rep). Ended up having to leave and find another hotel.

    Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to emails. The property was spacious, very clean, quiet, and welcoming; the kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Located right across the street from the Horseshoe Bay Resort, it was super convenient to walk there for a conference I was attending.
