This was a very convenient location. Food and transportation all very close by. Room was clean and quite spacious. Staff was also very nice. Our reason for stay was to hike Mt. Fuji. We were able to get up and going without delays. Would recommend.

The property was exceptional, with beautiful gardens and multiple public onsen locations. There were also many included activities such as tea ceremony and drum show. Staff was extremely attentive and service was outstanding.

No complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay @ Jinya Fujikawaguchiko. If we visit Kawaguchiko, if available, we will stay there again. Big room with 3 twin beds, some kitchen facilities, dining table, separate shower & toilet, sandals, pajamas, kettle, umbrellas -- everything was there.
