Zanzibar is an amazing destination.
Zanzibar is an amazing destination. Don't just go to the beaches also visit the villages and learn the culture. Try Sea Walk and Quad Bike is a must. Don't leave Zanzibar without going to Mnemba Island for Dolohines best sighting. In stone town don't miss Stone Town Cafe for their Hearty Beef Burger they call it Sandwitch. Old town is amazing. Walking around the lanes and back roads showed the real character of the place - particularly when you get outside of the "tourist" hub. Stone city has a Lot of interesting history and architecture with a large Arabic influence from History. Also a nice beach front and lots of places to eat well. The hotel is located two minutes drive away from the airport.
