The area is centrally located in a busy part of the city. Within walking distance of the union center and near freeways. Can't beat the fact that there is a parking structure that is locked at night next to the hotel. A lot of cameras on screen in the lobby are being actively monitored by staff

Location is perfect to do what i wanted to see. A lot of old theatres, you could feel the vibes. Room was comfy but looks old and had a little smell when i first came in. Room was clean. Outside was noisy but OK to fall asleep. Even if there was just one elevator in functiin, it was Quick each time i took it. Self check-in is a must ! Very convenient ! A lot of attentions in the room like face masks, ear plugs and coffee. The coffee bar in the hotel is great too.
