Stay here on our way across Europe. It’s always lovely, staff are great, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good. We had an evening meal this time as we arrived earlier than usual and that too was really good. Spectacular views of the lake and mountains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Campus Hotel in Switzerland. The facilities are excellent, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. You can swim directly in the lake, and many rooms (including ours) offer beautiful lake views. There is also a sauna room with a lovely view near the lake, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The hotel provides a variety of recreational options — paddle board rentals and kayak rentals (very reasonably priced at 10 CHF), along with complimentary bicycles and electric scooters. Although the location is not in the town center, we actually enjoyed using the bikes and scooters to ride to Weggis town, about 1 mile away. It was very convenient and a fun way to explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to the young man at the front desk, Illias, who was exceptionally welcoming and professional — he really made our stay more enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the breakfast. Although breakfast officially runs until 10:30, by around 9:40, some items like eggs and meats were already running low, and the overall selection of food was quite limited. While it was possible to order some eggs from the staff, we expected a bit more variety. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, especially for the relaxing lakeside setting, the sauna with a view, and the excellent service.

Picturesque stay in quiet, authentic lakeside village. Gorgeous views from above, worth the trip uphill. Staff was friendly and helped transport us from the ferry when there were no taxis around. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

    Best view of lake and walking areas to parks with a good childrens park nearby. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . Close to tracks for mountain walking .

    Location was great, so was the room and the view from the room was spectacular. We enjoyed the walks around the Hotel which gives straight to Lake Luzerne. The Italianer, the Hotel's restaurant is actually excellent. You can sit and enjoy dinner by the Lake. It was really romantic. Access to Luzerne (City) is easy if you have a car. If you visit Luzerne I suggest you use the car park at the Central Train Station and avoid using the motorway, its nicer driving along the secondary roads.

    The hotel exceeded all expectations! Very new, clean, spacious room with an amazing view! Great staff, especially the young man who stayed to serve us after the restaurant closed. I am incredibly happy with my stay at this hotel!

    This is a special hotel with a huge heart. Lovely breakfast. Room overlooked main road of village. Quiet village. Room very roomy. Awesome shower. Had the pleasure of the village brass band.
