We got the upgrade to Suite level for one of our rooms and it was perfect for my elderly parents. MP gateway is in harbour city, and it’s a complete shopping and dining paradise. Everything we needed was just an elevator ride away, easy for the wheelchair.

The rooms were comfy and clean, and the place it's super safe with always someone on reception. I got a single room for me for the same price than in other places you get a shared room with shared bathroom. Truly recommend!

We liked the hotel mainly because of the location, the room’s vibe (kid-friendly), and the sweet gestures from the staff—especially those who assisted us and the relations officer. They gave our baby a cake twice because it was her 3rd birthday, and they even gave us chocolates. The room was very roomy, spacious, and always clean. The food was great—the selection wasn’t tiring or repetitive. The meals were well-balanced. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially our baby, as we celebrated her 3rd birthday. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Great staff and facilities. Was welcomed and well-assisted by all staff members (especially Mark at the front desk, but also by the lobby doormen, the concierge team, the staff in the spa area, and the seventh floor housekeepers); we were happy to extend our visit.
