It was an excellent hotel, and the hot springs were a reason that I stayed there. The bath was very nice. Like all hotels in Japan, my Japanese-fluency makes things easier. They were nice enough to store my baggage before check-in, but I am unsure if services like that are possible without linguistic proficiency.

There are soo many thing that I love about Sendai East. The lounge, exercise room, Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Awesome breakfast and dinner. Connected to most restaurants and mall.
